Shipping Information

We are now offering $14 flat-rate shipping to all Ontario addresses.

All Canadian orders from provinces other than Ontario will use standard Canada Post rates.

If you've ordered online, and opted for picking up your order, please wait until you receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are during our store hours. 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday,

Handling:

• Because we do not use any artificial preservatives, your box of Fudg’ocolates/Salted Caramel is best stored in a cool environment.
• A sealed box will maintain its quality and freshness for two months, refrigerated.
• A sealed box will maintain its quality and freshness for one month at a cool room temperature
• Product is best enjoyed when consumed within two weeks of opening

Shipping: 

• Individual orders are shipped via Best Way
• All orders are packed and shipped from Waterloo, ON
• We currently ship only to Canadian addresses
• Processing takes a few business days, as your box of Fudg’ocolates is created only when you order it

Due to warmer summer temperatures individual orders can be shipped with ice packs and expedited delivery service, but we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive without some degree of melting.
